Straight to Yard Courier, offers a suitable means to obtain your orders and
packages from your online shopping. This is made possible by delivery to our
Florida Warehouse which is proceeded by shipment to Jamaica. Straight to Yard
Courier, provides an online platform that enables tracking of packages and
calculating shipment and other related fees.

Conditions shown below.
PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY
YOUR ACCOUNT WITH STRAIGHT TO YARD COURIERS,
To use Straight to Yard Courier services, you must register and set up an account.
Your account information and particulars must be kept confidential, you are
required to ensure the protection of your password and monitor the access to your
computer or other devices linked to our account to prevent unauthorized use of
your account. You are responsible for all activities and transactions on your
account. Children are not permitted to establish or operate accounts on this
website. All shipments must arrive in the name of a person of the age of maturity.
HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE
Electronic communication is the most convenient method of communication,
through our website, our App or by the exchange of e-mails and you agree that this
method satisfies any legal requirements for written notification and validity of any
agreements between us.  You agree that we may communicate with you
electronically. By this communication method, we send you all agreements, notices,
disclosures, and other communication.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS
Straight to Yard Courier is required to conform to all pertinent laws concerning the
cross-border movement of packages.  Compliance with laws and regulations
requires that to use your account with Straight to Yard Courier, you agree to
provide accurate and legal information concerning your name, residential and/or
business address, telephone numbers, email, and any other additional information

that may be required including valid invoice or receipts for items contained in your
packages, which may be provided to other service agents or authorities.
You acknowledge and confirm that:
 Straight to Yard Courier may at its sole discretion search and inspect any
shipments and packages.
 The United States Customs Border Patrol may at any time inspect the
shipment and seize items banned for export from the United States.
 The services offered by Straight to Yard Courier will not be used to ship
restricted, illegal, or banned items.
 You will accurately declare product value using the purchase invoice amount
and provide an accurate description of your shipment’s contents for the
proper levying of Duties & Taxes.
NB: We reserve the right to cancel a transaction where a customer fails to adhere to
the rules and policies of the company.

COLLECTION OF PACKAGES AND FEES
To collect your package(s), our Customer Service Representative may require
additional information or documents to confirm your identity, address, and
payment method such as your ID, invoice etc. Please note in the event you have
multiple packages ready for pick up in our local office, all packages must be
collected in its entirety. Straight to Yard Couriers will not spilt up packages and
disburse them individually.
LOYALTY/YARD CARD
Straight to Yard Couriers Loyalty/Yard Card allows you to accumulate up to five
stamps per collection of your package(s). On your fifth pick up you can redeem a
free one- or two-pounds package, if the package is above two pounds, you can get
up to $650 off your total. The package you get for free does not give you a stamp on
your new card. Please note, the loyalty card does not cover custom duty charges.
Straight To Yard Couriers reserves the right to discontinue or reject a loyalty card at
any given time without prior given notice.

DISCREPANCIES/QUERY OF DUTY CHARGES
In the event that you have raised any form of discrepancy with your package(s) pick
up cost, please be advised that you have waived the right to pick up said items until
a full investigation is done by our team clearing up said discrepancies with you. The
investigation procedure timeframe is within one-three weeks.
Note: CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES
You are solely responsible for payment of any taxes, duties, fees, and/or fines
levied by customs authorities due to incorrect declaration of value, or penalties by
said authorities for any falsification of information or importing prohibited items.
FEES
All fees are calculated in U.S. Dollars and may be displayed in local currency.  For
local currency conversion, the exchange rate will be determined solely by Straight
to Yard Courier on the date and time that you tender payment of fees for your
package.
All fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
IDENTIFICATION AND TRACKING OF PACKAGES
Each package will receive a reference tracking number. Straight to Yard Courier
does not combine packages into a bulk shipment. If Straight to Yard Courier
believes that your package has been tampered with or damaged before arrival at
our warehouse we may refuse to accept the package for delivery to you.
MISSING PARCELS
In the event a package is updated to you by a third-party vendor/shipper as
delivered and you’ve not received an update from Straight to Yard Couriers within
24 hours that we have received it, this can mean that it was not delivered to our
address. Straight to Yard Couriers will not take responsibility of reaching out to said
third party vendor/shipper to correct the mistake or replace items not delivered to
us. Each occurrence will be investigated once you’ve claimed an item was delivered

to us by your third-party vendor. The investigation process timeframe is between
one-three weeks but not limited to three weeks.
Straight to Yard Couriers is not responsible for packages shipped and delivered
which does not have the correct address, for example “STY” which in short
means(straight to yard) not being placed beside your name and your STY account
number. We are not responsible for packages not handed directly to reception.
In the event the address is correct and the package was logged to us and updated
to you but we never received it, after the investigation time of one-three weeks with
no resolve of the parcel being found, we will offer the customer a full refund in the
form of a store credit or a full refund for items valued $70USD or less.
Please note that each case will be assessed and treated differently. Refund is not
issued to persons where the status of the delivery is marked “Delivered in a safe
location” or ”individual picked up” . All packages must be delivered to reception and
signed for.
DAMAGED PARCELS
In the event your package was received in our local office and appears to be
damaged there’s an investigation timeframe of one-three weeks. Reimbursement
will be done in the form of re-ordering of the item(s) or store credit only.
NON PAYMENT
In the event, that you do not pay all outstanding account balance, for any reason
whatsoever within thirty days of the last notification to you; Straight to Yard Courier
reserves the right to destroy and dispose of your package at its sole discretion if
unclaimed and/or held for more than thirty (30) days from arrival.
If the shipment exceeds the duty-free amount for customs charges, you are
required to make full payment before Straight to Yard Courier clears your package
from Customs. Straight to Yard Courier will not be responsible for any additional
charges levied as a result of delays in the payment of such duties, fees, and
charges.

ACCOUNT CLOSURE
If you decide to terminate your account at any time you will remain responsible for
all pending charges, inclusive of abandoned packages, which must be paid before
the termination date of the account.
Straight to Yard Courier reserves the right to refuse service, terminate any
account, and refuse acceptance of packages, at its sole discretion.
EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
You explicitly accept that the use of Straight to Yard Courier Services is your risk.
Straight to Yard Courier makes no representation or warranty in respect of the
movement of packages, in particular in dealing with third parties and authorities
and natural causes that may result in delays or the return of packages. Straight to
Yard couriers will not stand any liability as such to replace, refund, or return any
damaged package neither will we stand liability for loss or theft of any package. To
the full extent permissible by applicable law, Straight to Yard Courier rejects all
warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, Straight to Yard Courier does
not warrant that the Straight to Yard Courier information, content, materials,
products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made
available to you through the Straight to Yard Courier servers or electronic
communications sent from Straight to Yard Courier are free of viruses or other
harmful components.  Straight to Yard Courier will not be liable for any damages of
any kind arising from the use of any e-commerce service, or any information,
content, materials, products (including software), or other services included on or
otherwise made available to you through Straight to Yard Couriers, including, but
not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages
whatsoever.
