Step 1.Create your free account and receive your free USA mailing address now.
Step 2. Confirm and activate your account in your email.
Step 3. Go online shop and use your Straight To Yard USA MAILING ADDRESS.
Step 4. After delivery of your packages to our USA MAILING ADDRESS. You will be notified when your package is available for you, at that point you can choose to pick up at our local pick up point or have your package delivered to your doorsteps. Our doorstep deliveries are available in Kingston, St. Andrew and St. Catherine. All other parishes are fulfilled via knutsford express.
Invoice
After placing your order online from your shopping store of choice, please email or WhatsApp your invoice 🧾and full name to [email protected] or 876-352-6979. This will allow for a smooth process of clearing your packages when it comes into the Jamaica ports.
Payments are accepted in full on delivery by the bearer by cash or card.
When shopping online, please input the company name abbreviated beside your name when checking out for example :

Please note packages not collected by the customer from straighttoyard couriers possession within two(2) weeks after it was made clear to the customer it is available for collection by them will be charged a storage fee of $250 JMD per week. Packages not collected within a month since the customer was notified that it is available for collection will be charged $500 JMD per week in storage fees. If a package is not collected within 2 months since the customer was notified that it is available for collection, straighttoyard will hence acquire ownership of said package(s) to cover charges encountered while in our possession. We urge you all to collect your packages within a timely manner to avoid additional fees being enforced on your final cost for said items.

How soon do I get my packages ? 📦
We ship packages to Jamaica twice per week which means once your packages are delivered to our overseas address it will be in Jamaica within a few days.
How do I get to choose where I want my packages delivered to?
When your package arrives in Jamaica. Straight To Yard will notify you via our Whatsapp line or by email 📧. For confirmation of delivery address.
What are Delivery hours and delivery days?
Packages are delivered from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 11-5:30 p.m. (Please note, your delivery request should be made via WhatsApp at 876-352-6979 before 12 midday on the day of delivery or the day before. Delivery requests made after midday may be delayed to the next business day.
How do I know a package was received for me at the Florida address ?
Once your item was received at the Florida office address. Customers are notified via the Straight To Yard Couriers mobile app and to their email address on file within 24 hours after it was said to be delivered by your vendor/shipper.

How are Packages collected ?
Package(s) are collected in full by the customer. (Straight to yard will not allow for the collection of one package and leaving the other at any given time, for example you have three packages ready for pick, and you wish to take one and leave the other two. This is none acceptable.
How are Customs duties paid?
You are responsible for the payment of all duties attracted on your package(s). Should your package attract additional fees in the form of customs duties, Straight To Yard Couriers can pay the duty charges on your behalf and the duties be reapplied to your final invoice from us which will be needed to be paid upon collection of your package(s)
What items are restricted?
Importers are sometimes unaware of the various permit requirements for the importation of certain goods. As a result, they are found to be in contravention of the Customs Act. Even though ignorance is no excuse under the law, Customs would prefer to have knowledgeable customers who are compliant with the various rules and regulations rather than penalizing. Any restricted goods arriving without a valid permit is a breach of Section 210 of the Customs Act.
